What is
Freeze dry?
Freeze Drying is a low temperature dehydration process that involves freezing the product, lowering pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation. Moisture removed directly without passing through the liquid phase.
Controlled freeze drying keeps the product temperature low enough during the process to avoid changes in the dried product appearance and characteristics.
Freeze-drying Process
We select quality fresh fruits, clean and prepare before place in the machine.
Quick-frozen and subjected in a very low vacuum, more than 90% of the moisture is removed by the sublimation method.
Crispy delicious fruit snack which taste, color, shape and nutritional values are similar to its nature.
